First day of term - 3rd September

The first day of our new school

We are into the last week of preparations for the opening of our brand new school with staff and students eagerly anticipating the new term. Our accommodation for the first year is ready, the furniture is in place and lessons are prepared.

Parents and carers of our very first year 7 students at Maiden Erlegh School in Reading are reminded that our school term begins for students on Thursday 3rd September. Students should arrive in their uniform ready for an 8.40am start  where they will be welcomed by our staff. Students shouldn’t arrive any earlier than 8.30am please. Students will commence lessons on the first day so should come suitably equipped

Access to the school is via the pedestrian gate at the Hamilton Road entrance. We would remind parents and carers to please NOT drive vehicles through the Hamilton Road gate.
