Gangsta Granny

It’s Friday night, and Ben is over at Gran’s again. That means cabbage soup, cabbage pie and crème-brulee, flavoured with cabbage, of course.  Ben hates going to Gran’s house as it is the most boring thing on Earth, but that was until he discovered that Gran had a secret to hide, making Friday nights lots more fun than he would have thought.

On Thursday 12th May, almost fifty of our students enjoyed a visit to The Hexagon Theatre to see a performance of David Walliams' novel, Gangsta Granny. Narjis described the experience as, 'very funny indeed' along with Anesa who added, 'the music was very cool and dramatic'. They spent a great deal of the time laughing and were delighted to be able to have this opportunity which was arranged by Mrs Escott-New.  For further reactions to the visit please read the latest edition of 'The Maiden Erlegh Marvel' which can be found by following the link: The Maiden Erlegh Marvel Volume 5
