The NHS Immunisation team will be visiting MER on Tuesday 14 January 2025 to immunise Year 9 students against Meningitis ACWY and Tetanus, Diptheria and Polio.

To enable the Immunisation team to account for all eligible children and young people we kindly request that a YES or NO consent form is completed by the person with parental responsibility.
